P2 assessment order, the petitionerfiled Ext.P3 appeal along with Ext.P4 petition for stay, which arepending consideration before the 1[st] respondent. The grievanceof the petitioner is that, the respondents are proceeding coercivesteps without any regard to the pendency of the aboveproceedings, which made the petitioner to approach this Court. 2.Heard the learned standing counsel appearing for therespondents as well. 3.After hearing both the sides, the writ petition isdisposed of, directing the first respondent to pass appropriateorders on Ext.
