JUDGMENT
The petitioner has approached this Court, praying inter alia, for adirection to the second respondent to pass final orders on Ext.P7. Now,when the writ petition was taken up for hearing today, it is submitted by thelearned counsel for the petitioner that the appeal has already been dismissedfor default on 2-1-2007 and the copy of the order has been received by thepetitioner. If that be so, the petitioner may work out its remedy against it.Further recovery pursuant to Ext.P4 assessment order will be kept inabeyance for a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of the above-saidappeal judgment.
The Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
