By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the common order dated 29.6.2017 passed by the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack in ITA No. 189/CTK/2015 and ITA No. 112/CTK/2015 for the assessment year 2010-2011.
