JUDGMENT
The petitioner is aggrieved with the orders passed
at Exts.P6 and P7 and the garnishee proceedings initiated. Thepetitioner filed Ext.P8 appeal before the 2[nd] respondent.Appeal is pending before the 2[nd] respondent. In themeanwhile, coercive proceedings have been initiated. It is inthis context, the writ petition has been filed.
2. In the above circumstances, it is directed that the
appellate authority, the 2[nd] respondent herein, shall dispose ofExt.P8 appeal, within a period of two months from today andthe coercive proceedings be stayed until such orders arepassed, which order shall determine the matter thereafter.
