Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file an appeal with an application for condonation of delay before the appellate forum in accordance with law. 3. If such appeal is filed not later than 16[th] August, 2021, any explanation offered by the Petitioner for the delay in filing the appeal on account of the pendency of the present petition, will be taken into account by the appellate forum in S.K.
