JUDGMENT
Ext.P1 is the assessment order passedagainst the petitioner for the year 2011-12against which petitioner filed Ext.P2 appeal
and Ext.P3 stay petition. During thependency of appeal and stay petition beforethe 2[nd]respondent, revenue recovery
proceedings have been initiated against thepetitioner by Ext.P4. It is in this context,the writ petition is filed.
2. In the above circumstances, it isdirected that the 2[nd]respondent shallconsider Ext.P3 stay petition within aperiod of one month from today and in themeanwhile, further proceedings pursuant toExt.P4 shall be kept in abeyance until
