The Petitioner has filed this writ petition with the following prayer: “Under the circumstances the Petitioner humbly and respectfully prays that this Hon’ble Court may graciously be pleased to quash the order No. ITBA/COM/F/17/2023-24/1058775898(1) dated 14.12.2023 (Annexure-1) and direct the Opp. Party No. 6 to release the pension amount of the Petitioner from his pension account No. 028301000018718; And further be pleased to pass any other order/orders as deemed fit and proper; And for this act of kindness, the Petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray.” 4. In course of hearing, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner has already made representation before the Opposite Party No.2 vide Annexure-2, and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time, to which learned Standing Counsel for the IT Deptt. has no objection. 5. As agreed by learned counsel for the parties and after going through the records, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the Writ Petition directing Opposite Party No.2 to consider and dispose of the representation filed by the Petitioner vide Annexure-2 and pass appropriate order as early as possible within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
