J U D G M E N T
Aggrieved by Ext.P1 order of assessment, petitioner has
submitted Ext.P2 appeal. While pending consideration of Ext.P2appeal, Ext.P4 order is issued by the respondent, directing thepetitioner to remit 15% of the outstanding demand, within 15days. It is thus seeking appropriate direction, this writ petition isfiled.
2. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner andthe learned Government Pleader, there will be a direction to theAppellate Authority to take on board Ext.P2 appeal and considerthe same in accordance with law. Till such time, proceedingspursuant to Exts.P1 and P4 would stand stayed.
This writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
