JUDGMENT
The petitioner has filed Ext.P2 appeal accompanied
by Ext.P3 petition for stay against Ext.P1 order ofassessment. The petitioner is apprehensive of thecoercive steps in recovery of the disputed tax in themeanwhile.
2. I direct the first respondent to consider Ext.P3petition with notice to the petitioner within a period of onemonth. The coercive steps for realisation of the disputedtax pursuant to Ext.P1 order shall be put on hold in themeanwhile.
3. The petitioner shall produce a copy of the Writ
Petition with the judgment before the first respondent forcompliance.
