Chimanka, learned Senior Standing Counsel for the Opposite Parties. 3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the rectification petitions dated 16[th] March, 2019 and 17[th] February, 2020 (Annexure-5 series) filed by the Petitioner against the assessment order dated 22[nd] October, 2016 are pending consideration since long. 4. It will be open to the Petitioner to file an application before the Income Tax Officer (Exemption), Sambalpur (Opposite Party No.4) for expeditious disposal of those rectification applications. 5. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. 6. As the restrictions due to the COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a soft copy of this order available in the High Court’s website or print out thereof at par with certified copy in the manner prescribed, vide Court’s Notice No.4587, dated 25[th] March, 2020.
