3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the rectification petitions dated 8[th] May, 2019, 18[th] September, 2019 and 14[th] February, 2020 (Annexure-3 series) filed by the Petitioner against the assessment order dated 27[th] March, 2015 are pending consideration since long.
4. It will be open to the Petitioner to file an application before the Income Tax Officer (Exemption), Sambalpur (Opposite Party No.3) for expeditious disposal of those rectification applications.
5. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
