Thegrievance of the petitioner in the writ petition concernsthe delay on the part of the first respondent in taking adecision on the said applications. The petitioner,therefore, seeks appropriate directions in this regard. 2.Heard the learned counsel for thepetitioner as also the learned Standing Counsel for theRevenue.
