The petitioner has submitted Ext.P5 representation
with the respondent pursuant to the summons received underSection 131 of the Income Tax Act. The petitioner has in Ext.P5representation sought time to produce certain documents and tounderstand its implication with the assistance of qualifiedprofessionals. No doubt the petitioner has sought only a periodof 60 days in Ext.P5 representation dated 16.8.2013. But thepetitioner points out that he is yet to receive the registrationcopies of certain sale deeds from the offices of the Sub Registrar.
2. I direct the respondent to grant time to thepetitioner till 31.10.2013 in view of the peculiar facts andcircumstances. The respondent is free to take proceedings to alogical end after the deadline fixed for production of thedocuments as above.
The Writ Petition is disposed of.
