P5 andP6 assessment orders, Exts. P7 and P9 appeals have been filedalong with Exts. P8 and P10 stay petitions. According to thepetitioner, these appeals are pending consideration of the 4[th]respondent. In the meanwhile, recovery action is being continuedand Exts. P1 to P4 demand notices are referred to in this context. 2. In view of the pendency of the appeals and the staypetitions before the 4[th] respondent as noticed above, I dispose ofthis writ petition directing that the 4[th] respondent shall take up forconsideration Exts. P8 and P10 stay petitions filed along with Exts.P7 and P9 appeals. This the 4[th] respondent shall do asexpeditiously as possible, at any rate within 4 weeks of productionof a copy of this judgment.
