JUDGMENT
Ext.P1 is the assessment order passed by the 1[st]respondent for the year 2010-11, against which thepetitioner has filed Ext.P2 statutory appeal along withExt.P3 application for stay which are stated to be pendingbefore the 2[nd] respondent.
2. In the circumstances detailed above, it is deemedfit that the appellate authority, the 2[nd] respondent, bedirected to dispose of Ext.P3 stay application within aperiod of one month from today. It is also directed that inthe meanwhile, coercive proceedings pursuant to Ext.P1shall be kept in abeyance and the orders passed on Ext.P3shall determine the matter, thereafter.
