1. Mr. Sidharth Sankar Mohapatra, learned Senior Standing Counsel enters appearance for the Opposite Party Department and files a memo of appearance in the Court today, which is taken on record.
2. Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file an appeal in accordance with law. If such appeal is filed not later than 1[st] March, 2023 accompanied by an application for condonation of delay explaining the delay on account of the pendency of the present petition, it will be taken into account and dealt with in accordance with law by the Appellate Authority. The Court clarifies that it has not expressed any view in the matter. The originals be returned to the Petitioner subject to it being substituted by attested photocopies thereof.
