The petitioner is aggrieved with thenon-consideration of representation at Ext.P2. Thepetitioner is concerned with a complaint filed by the 3[rd]respondent as to the petitioner having cheated the 3[rd]respondent of Rs.45 crores. The petitioner hence filed anapplication before the 1[st] respondent pointing out that insuch circumstances necessary proceedings be issuedagainst the 3[rd] respondent to reveal the source of Rs.45crores. The learned Standing Counsel for the respondentsubmits that the complaint has been taken cognizance ofand investigation is being carried out.
