J U D G M E N T
Against Exhibit P1 to P7 assessment orders, the petitionerhas filed Ext. P8 to P14 appeals. Those appeals were heard bythe second respondent as early as on 17-8-2010. The petitionerseeks a direction to the second respondent to pass orders on theappeals, pursuant to the hearing conducted on 17-8-2010 .
2. I have heard the standing counsel for the respondents
also.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, I dispose of thiswrit petition with a direction to the 2nd respondent to passorders on Exts.P8 to P14 appeals pursuant to the hearingconducted in the appeals on 17-8-2010, as expeditiously aspossible, at any rate, within two months from the date of receiptof a copy of this judgment.
