This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioneron being aggrieved by Ext.P10 series of garnisheeproceedings. When this matter is taken up today, the learned standingcounsel appearing for the respondents made available a copyof the letter dated 27.9.2010 which would reveal that Ext.P10series of garnishee proceedings have been withdrawn.
