Mr. Ray, learned senior advocate appears on his behalf and submits, memo dated 18[th] March, 2025 has been filed. Text of the memo is reproduced below. “That the Petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the aforesaid Writ Petition with an liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition.” He submits, subsequent to impugned notice dated 10[th] September, 2024 order was passed on 17[th] March, 2025. His client wants to challenge said order. 2.Mr. Kedia, learned advocate, Junior Standing Counsel appears on behalf of revenue. 3.On consent the writ petition is taken up for disposal at this stage. 4.We understand petitioner wants leave to file fresh writ petition because aforesaid order dated 17[th] March, 2025 was passed pursuant to impugned notice dated 10[th] September, 2024. The order reflects adjudication. It is different from the notice. Petitioner has fresh cause of action.
