JUDGMENT
Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learnedGovernment Pleader and having perused Ext.P1, as also the groundsof Ext.P2, it is directed that enforcement of Ext.P1 assessment willstand suspended during the pendency of Ext.P2 on condition thatpetitioner pays an amount of Rs.25,000/- within a period of threeweeks. It is further directed that, on such deposit being made, theappeal shall be considered for disposal, within a period of 4 monthsfrom the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
