This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction torespondents 1 and 2 to consider and take follow up action onExt.P6.
2.Statement has been filed on behalf of therespondents 1 and 2 inter alia stating that necessary enquiryhas already been conducted pursuant to Ext.P6 andappropriate action will be taken in the matter based on thesaid enquiry.
Having regard to the aforesaid factual situation, sinceenquiry has already been initiated by the Income Taxauthorities, I do not think that there is any necessity to issueany further direction as sought for.
