Petitioner applied under the AmnestyScheme and the intimation was given as Ext.P2, fixing the totalamount as Rs.1,85,125/=. Complaint is that the amountcollected in a sum of Rs.1,10,870/= vide Exts.P3 to P5 has notbeen given due credit. Learned Government Pleader oninstructions submits that some amounts were not given duecredit and the matter will be looked into by the respondent and afresh order will be passed and the amount found not given creditto, will be given proper credit within two weeks from today. Irecord the submission and direct the respondent to give duecredit to the payments made within a period of two weeks fromtoday. The Writ Petition is disposed of as above. Sd/= K. M.
