Learned Government Pleader does not seriouslyoppose this prayer. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposedof permitting the petitioner to pay off the entire amount due withstatutory interest in six equal monthly instalments, the first ofwhich shall be payable on or before 1.3.2009 and the remaininginstalments on or before the first working day of everysucceeding month. If the petitioner does not pay any of theinstalments, he will lose the benefit of this Judgment and it willbe open to the respondents to enforce the assessment orders inaccordance with law. Sd/= K.
