He also states that he shall be filing an application for staybefore the Assessing Officer.He submits that both the appeal and the stayapplication would be moved within a week from today. He requests that till hisstay application is disposed of by the Assessing Officer, no coercive measuresbe taken. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.We make it clear that the Assessing Officer shall dispose of the stay application,if filed within a week, in accordance with law.Till the stay application isdecided by the Assessing Officer, no coercive measures be taken.
