12. 06.11.2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the State. 2. By way of this writ petition, the petitioner challenges the order dated 21.03.2017 (Annexure-1) passed by the Commissioner, Income Tax (Exemption), Hyderabad 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the stay order during pendency of the First Appeal before the 1st Appellate Authority for the Assessment year 2014-15 passed by the opposite party No.1. The said has been passed in a mechanical manner without looking into the point of law and financial condition of the petitioner. 5. Perused the impugned order under Annexure-1, which is found to be just and proper. However, time for payment of disputed demand is extended till 30th November, 2019, and if it is not paid by 3nd December, the 1st appeal shall stand dismissed. 6.
