JUDGMENT
Petitioner is the son of one late Chacko Mathew who was aPartner in a Firm which is dissolved. His father expired on20.06.1994. According to the petitioner, he has very littlemeans and the only income is the income from the housecompound. Property is now attached. By Ext.P1 dated09.02.2009, the petitioner has been requested to pay the amountimmediately, to avoid sale of the attached property. It was alsoasked to submit before him the title deed of the attachedproperty immediately. Petitioner has preferred Ext.P3 before thethird respondent and Exts.P4 and P5 before the secondrespondent.
2. I heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the
learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents.Learned standing counsel submits that a decision can be orderedto be taken on Exts.P3 to P5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is

disposed of directing the third respondent to consider and take adecision on Ext.P3 and the second respondent to consider andtake a decision on Exts.P4 and P5 in accordance with law,within a period of two weeks from the date of production of acopy of this Judgment. Till then, the property of the petitionerwill not be brought to sale.
