I heard learned counsel for petitioner and learnedstanding counsel.
Writ petition is disposed of directing the 3[rd] respondent
to consider and take a decision on Ext.P4 stay petition inaccordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date ofreceipt of a copy of this judgment. There will be a further directionto the 2[nd] respondent to consider and take a decision on Ext.P6 inaccordance with law within two weeks from the date of receipt of acopy of this judgment. Till such time, revenue recoveryproceedings against the petitioner pursuant to Ext.P7 shall be keptin abeyance. The petitioner will produce a copy of this judgmentbefore respondents 2 and 3 as soon as it is received.
