1. By the order dated 19[th] August, 2015, this Court directed that no further
recovery should be made from the Petitioner in respect of the tax demand for -the Assessment Year (‘AY’) 201213 till the disposal of the Petitioner’s appeal by the Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals).
2. It is stated that the said appeal is yet to be disposed of by the CIT(A).
3. The Court directs the CIT(A) to dispose of the Petitioner's appeal not later than eight weeks from today and in any event not later than 18[th] April, 2016.

The Petitioner will appear before the CIT(A), in the pending appeal, on 15[th]
February, 2016 at 11am.
4. In the event of the CIT(A) disposing of the appeal in compliance with the
