The Standing Counsel on instructions submits thatExt.P4 can be considered and orders issued. 3. In the result, this writ petition is disposed ofdirecting the 1[st] respondent to consider and pass orders onExt.P4 after hearing the petitioner, at the earliest, at any ratewithin three months from the date of receipt of a copy of thisjudgment.
