No. 9215 of 2014 -------------------------------------------- Dated this the 28[th] day of March, 2014 JUDGMENT Being aggrieved of Exts.P1 to P3 assessment orders passed bythe first respondent, the petitioner has preferred Exts.P4 to P6appeals, along with Exts.P7 to P9 petitions for stay, which are pendingconsideration before the second respondent. The grievance of thepetitioner is that, without any regard to the pendency of the aboveproceedings, the respondents are proceeding with coercive steps,which hence is sought to be intercepted by this Court. 2. Heard the learned Government Pleader as well. 3. Considering the facts and circumstances, the secondrespondent is directed to consider and pass appropriate orders onExts.P7 to P9 petitions for stay, in accordance with law, asexpeditiously as possible, at any rate, within 'one month' from the dateof receipt of a copy of this judgment. Coercive proceedings , if any,shall be kept in abeyance till such time. The petitioner shall produce a copy of this judgment along with acopy of this writ petition before the concerned respondent for furthersteps. The writ petition is disposed of as above. P.R.
