Since petitioner has filed appeal against income taxassessment and application for stay before 2[nd] respondent, the writpetition is disposed of directing 2[nd] respondent to hear petitionerand pass orders on stay application considering prima facie casewithin a period of three weeks from the date of production of a copyof this judgment by the petitioner. There will be direction to 1[st]respondent not to initiate any coercive steps for recovery for onemonth from now.
