Present Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India with the following prayers:-
“(A) A writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned notice dated 04.05.2023 (Annexure No.1 to the writ petition) issued by respondent qua the petitioner.
(B) Any other writ, order or direction as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case.
(C) To award cost throughout to the petitioner.”

2.Heard Mr. Bhupesh Kandpal, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Hari Mohan Bhatia, learned counsel for the respondent.
3. Mr. Bhupesh Kandpal, Advocate, has requested to decide the present writ petition by granting liberty to the petitioner - Tushar Agarwal to file his reply to the impugned notice dated 04.05.2023 within a week from today.
4. Learned counsel for the respondent has not opposed the said submission. He has sought one week time to decide the reply of the petitioner.

With the consent of both the parties, the present Writ Petition (M/S) No.1540 of 2023 is disposed of with a direction to the respondent, in case, the petitioner files his reply within a week from today, to decide the said reply within a week from the date of receipt of the said reply, in accordance with law.
6. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
