The W.P.(MD).Nos.21900 and 21901 of 2023 respondent has passed the rectification order dated 16.05.2023. Based on the rectification order, the petitioner is entitled to refund of Rs.1,09,81,120/-. But the respondent has not passed any order to consider the petitioner's refund claim. Therefore, the respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's refund claim in the light of the rectification order dated 16.05.2023 and pass orders within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3. In view of the above, the Writ Petitions are allowed.
