Sharma, learned Senior Advocate assisted by Mr.Sachin Nidhi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. MadhunishaSingh, learned Deputy Advocate General, appearing for theState/respondents. 2.The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with thefollowing prayers: “10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleasedto direct the Respondent Police Authority to expedite thefree & fair investigation, arrest the accused and file thecharge-sheet within a specific time period of one month,as per the provision of law. 10.2. Any other relief/ order may also be granted thatmay be deemed fit and just in the facts andcircumstances of the case.” 3.Learned State counsel submits that as per instruction received byhim, investigation in the present case has been concluded and closurereport has filed before the competent Court. 4.In view of the submission made by the learned State counsel, thepresent writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to takerecourse to the law if aggrieved by the said closure report.
