2.The petition is pending since 2022 and in the meantime re-assessment order dated 29.03.2023 was passed. A copy of theorder is taken on record. The order has not been challenged bythe assessee.
3.None has put in appearance on behalf of learned counsel forthe petitioner, similar was the position on 04.11.2023, 01.02.2024& 12.07.2024.
4.The petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
